お邪魔(じゃま)します。どうぞお上(あ)がりください。

先生(せんせい)の研究室(けんきゅうしつ)に入(はい)るとき、必(かなら)ずお邪魔(じゃま)しますと言(い)う。

Whenever I enter my professor's office, I always say "ojama shimasu".

「お邪魔(じゃま)します」と言(い)ってから家(いえ)に入(はい)るのが日本(にほん)のマナーです。

It is Japanese etiquette to say "ojama shimasu" before entering someone's home.

友達(ともだち)の家(いえ)に着(つ)いたので、ドアを開(あ)けてお邪魔(じゃま)しますと声(こえ)をかけた。

I arrived at my friend's house, so I opened the door and called out "ojama shimasu".
